• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without their consent.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the recipes, photos, and other content you submit to From The Tin (“User Content”). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and the family members you choose to share with.

6. Family Sharing

When you invite someone to a family group or share a recipe, you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share that person's contact information and that the content you share is appropriate. Invited members must accept an invitation before joining a family group.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at hello@fromthetin.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
